Naturalisation - Biometrics Letter after already submitting same

Hi Everyone, I applied for British Citizenship via the naturalisation route on the 29th of October 2021, and attended a biometric appointment on the 1st of November; 20 days later, I got an email letter from UKVI asking me to submit my biometrics or my application will be withdrawn; I contacted UKVCAS who confirmed twice to me that they submitted my biometrics and documents to the UKVI, I have contacted UKVI to confirm this via email but have not heard back.

Has anyone had this situation or can you please advise what to do?
