ILR - Spouse

Post by Sankarshiva1 » Tue Jan 11, 2022 3:29 pm

HI,

My spouse who came to the UK in Nov 2012 with Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff partner Visa. She has changed her visa to Tier 2 General in January 2016 and again she switched her visa to PBS Dependent Leave to Remain in July 2017. May I know when she will be eligible to get her ILR?

Assuming you get/got ILR under PBS route, she will be eligible in July 2022 under the Skilled Worker settlement route
