Accommodation and dependants visa

Hi all,
Thanks for all the support.
We are in the process of applying for dependants visa of a beneficiary of the judicial review. Our main problem is that of accommodation. What documents do we need to show that we can accommodate ourselves without recourse. Will bills and rent agreement do the trick?
