Switching to Skilled Worker from Tier 4 Dependant visa

Post by mgk1221 » Tue Jan 18, 2022 12:31 pm

Hi All,

I have received a COS from Health care Group as Senior care worker , I need some guidance to Submit the application.

I am Switching from Tier 4 Dependant visa to Skilled Worker visa,

1) I would like to show funds ( 1270+315=1585) to Main applicant and dependent( child ) in my account and
My Partner Dependant will show funds in her account (285 pounds)
We both have maintained the above funds for 28 days. So, am I ready to submit the application?
Or is it better to maintain total 1870 pounds in one account ??

2) if you’ve been in the UK with a valid visa for at least 12 months , you need not show the above funds is that correct.

thanks for your time in advance ,please do the needful
