Mandatory Document Query

Hi

I have my appointemnt with UKVCAS and need to load my documents. I have one mandatory document, my Syrian passport. I don't have this document. I never said I had it on the application and at the end of the application it gave a list of documents of which the Syrian passport was one, and I had to tick the whole list in order to progress. It said supply as many as you can.

Why are UKVCAS making ot mandatory and what will happen when I go to my appointment?

Do you have a UK Travel document or another official ID you are using in the UK?
You should have a BRP. Then I would load that with a note explaining the situation.
At the appointment you need to identify yourself - either passport, TD or BRP - again explain to the UKVCAS agent (note they are not UKVI casworkers)/

Yes I'll be loading my UK travel document and BRP.

I don't think there is going to be any issue, I just don't want them to be ignorant of the situation and expect the Syrian passport to be there.
