Prove of unmarried partner visa has broken down

Hi guys how can I prove to home office that my sponsor is not sponsor previous unmarried partner visa anymore?

They broke up 2014 before we met,she also got indefinitely leave to remain and UK passport in 2015 and now in another relationship with her partner with one child.

We got married last year and now applying for my marriage settlement visa then got the email from home office asking to prove that previous unmarried partner relationship has broken down.How should I prove to them?

What kind of document they’re looking for? Please kindly help,big thanks to everyone
