I am given to understand that references are quite important and can even be the deciding factor! Hence, need some suggestions from people already working there.
1. One of the employers (a small Singapore based company into Mobile solutions / products development) that I worked for for about 9 months in '04 ceased operating soon after (in late '05 or early '06). While I have documentary evidence of my emploment with the company at their India office, the only employer references I can provide are of my former boss and perhaps another colleague, both of whom are now working in different organizations (understadaby
). Will this be enough or will I need somethng else ??2. It will be helpful if someone could also advise me as to what sort of documents and references will be needed if one has been self-employed (company registration, client references, accountant certifcates etc.).
