Decision delay

Hello,
Can anyone tell me the situation which I am facing.
I did biometric Nov 9 2021 in Dubai for skilled workers Visa and still I didn't get my decision.
I sent two times paid quiries they said the application has been considered and awaiting for the decision. But still I am waiting.
After few days from the biometric they requested me for some documents and I provided.
Then I tried 2nd time to know the status of my Visa but again the same answer awaiting for the decision.

Nothing you can do but patience and wait. The paid telephone/email is useless so stop wasting your money.
