OCI joint application for non-Indian spouse

Is it possible to make a joint application for OCI card for non-Indian spouse?
Indian husband applying for OCI in February. Can non-Indian wife apply along with husband? Anyone who has done this kind of joint application, although application form asks for spouse's OCI card details?
