I have enjoyed reading the forum for a long time and am now seeking some advice, as I am having a challenging time finding an answer to my question.
Status: EU citizen + 5Y 7M in the country + ILR + looking to apply for citizenship by naturalization in ~6M time.
About a year ago I jumped a red light on my bicycle as there was not cars nor pedestrians (albeit a busy street under normal circumstances). A parked motorcycle officer saw it and took my details on the spot and I got a warning + traffic course as a penalty.
Now I am looking through the application and it seems that all civil penalties, even warnings, have to be disclosed. Am I correct in assuming I have to disclose this warning from jumping the red light on my bike? And if so, should I give it some time before applying as to not fail the good character test?
