Hello Everyone,
I met my partner back in 2013 when I was on a student visa and had already been in the UK for over 6 years.
We moved in together in 2014 in her place and since we have been living together.
In 2018 she became my sponsor for unmarried partners visa application which led to my 10-year lawful residence and my ILR and recently I obtain my citizenship.
With her request, as she didn't want to have her name stock to me under such circumstances, shortly after I got my IRL (about 6 months) I wrote a letter to HO letting them know we are no longer together.
We are in a stage where our relationship does not work and we are getting into nasty arguments.
On one occasion she mentioned if the relationship does not end on her terms she will inform the authorities that our relationship was not genuine and I only have used it to gain an immigration advantage.
As far as I can see there is no evidence to suggest such claims as we in fact have been living together in a relationship similar to marriage. If she actually goes with it, I believe it would only be her saying so.
It seems like a long shot but can she actually have my citizenship revoked if she claims such a thing to the authorities?
