Collect your BRP from a different branch - Delayed

Post by bosce21uk » Mon Feb 07, 2022 5:30 pm

Hello,

I have requested BRP collection redirect service from a post office branch on 29th December and till today my BRP has not reached the requested branch. SLA for this service is 7 days.
Receiving post office staff advised me to contact HMRC and they cant cancel the process in the middle of transfer.
Can some one guide me on how to contact HMRC to expedite the process. your help in this regard is appreciated.

Collect your BRP from a different branch

If you’d prefer to collect your residence permit from another branch that will be more convenient for you, we can redirect it for a small fee.
Choose ‘BRP collection’ from the options in the Branch Finder to find the nearest authorised branch in your preferred area.
Visit the branch to request the redirection and pay the fee. Then return 7 calendar days later to collect your permit.

It is UKVI, not HMRC.

You need to report to UKVI from https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence- ... ide-the-uk
