FLR M visa need help to fill online application.

Need your help/suggestion to complete the FLR M online form.

I got a British Citizen last year Feb-21 (On the basis of 10 years residency). My wife is currently on spouse/partner leave to remain visa & this visa will expire end of this month.
My wife’s current visa was applied when I was on ILR. My wife first came to the UK in August 2012 on a PSW dependent visa after that, we have applied for her dependent visa when I was on a Tire-1 (Entrepreneur), Tire-2 & ILR visa.
Now we are going to apply for an FLR M visa & need your help to select the correct options from the online form.

Question-
What type of visa, leave to enter or remain or other permission do you have to be in the UK?
Options are - Family, Settlement or Other
