Poll number missing in citizenship approval email

Dear members i have received my British Citizenship approval email on 8th November 2021 and i did call to local city council to book Citizenship ceremony but council want Poll number along with reference number in order to book citizenship ceremony. I only received one email for approval and home office provided a reference number, apart from this i did not receive any other email or letter. City council is demanding letter with Poll number in order to book citizenship ceremony. I am so confused about POLL number and do not know what to do. I did call to home office and representative provided me an email address and advised me to send an email to them. I have sent a couple of emails but no reply from them. Can you please guide what to do now?

Hi, same issue. Email received but no record of poll cover number. How do we access this? Thanks
