Baby Born in UK to student father and dependent Mother

Post by malisabri891 » Tue Feb 15, 2022 1:29 pm

hi,
if anyone can help with the information.

Baby born in UK to student Father and Dependent Mother.
1) Shall i need to apply now for Baby due to IHS fee?

2) if not applying now then while applying for 2 year student graduate work visa, we have to apply dependent visa for baby. Baby born in UK ,Does it count as overstay?

3) is it going to be any other problem if i apply for my baby, while applying for 2 year student graduate work visa?

Thankyou
