Which form to fill for Dependent ILR

Post by sbaruah26 » Sun Feb 20, 2022 11:41 pm

Dear All,

I have already applied for my ILR through the 5 years Tier 2 General (skilled worker) route. I am awaiting biometrics and results. I have filled the Set (O) for the same. I initially came to UK in Jan 2017.

My dependent who also finishes his 5 years stay in the UK is eligible to apply for ILR now. I wanted to understand which form should I be filling up for him. He works in the UK and is able to support himself financially.

Also I have a son who is 2 and half year old born in UK, I understand once I get my ILR we can register him for British passport , can you please help me with the process/link of progressing on this too.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks,
Sniha

SET(O).

UK born child is entitled to register for British citizenship directly after a parent is granted ILR.
