Delay on Set (LR) 10 year route

I applied using the super priority service on 14/02/2022 and received the below email. Till date I have not had a reply and have my flights booked for the 1st of March, anyone in a similar position?

It is stated that exceptionally complex issues was raised by your application. Either this is correct or to buy time for HO, you have got to wait to hear back. You made travel plans without having the outcome, you may need to adjust.
