Naturalisation eligibility for step son in ILR

Hi - I'm naturalised British citizen. My wife came to UK on spouse visa (in September 2016) and got ILR in November 2021. My step son couldn't get visa at same time due to sole responsibility issues, eventually got sole responsibility (guardianship) thru Indian court. He got UK dependent visa and arrived here in November 2018. Both wife and step son got ILR in November 2021. Wife is eligible to apply for naturalisation. The question is when will step son be eligible to apply for naturalisation. He is currently 12 years old.

Can you please advice?

Step son could apply together with your wife.
