Help with outline of how spouse visa application looks like/include

Hello dear immigrationboards.com members.

I am a British citizen and I am trying to apply for a spouse visa for my wife.
This is my first application and I am trying to maximize my chances of being accepted.
Does anyone have a template of what to include in the application or a guide?
Like
1) Application form
2) Copy of Passports
3) Wedding certificates
4) Bank statements and payslips
and so on

I don't want to miss a single document and then because of that have to apply again and the more you get declined the more you have less chance of getting the visa in the application and so on.

Your help is much appreciated.
