immigration health surcharge ( IHS ) Refund from T2 ICT to Skilled worker

Hello,

I had T2 ICT from May 2017 to May 2022 --> IHS Fees paid by employer in 2017 for 5 years.

I have moved out of my ICT employer and received fro Skilled worker visa in Dec 2021.

My Questions

1. Can i apply for IHS refund?
2. If I can apply does this refund2 would be applied on ICT Visa skilled worker visa?
3. Can we specify the account number to get the refund amount for the months of Jan to May 2022 if its refunded from Skilled worker visa?

No refund is given if the remaining period is less than 6 months.

Even if there was refund, it would go back to the original payment method, i.e. your ICT employer. So forget about it.
