What's the best/easiest way to get my fiance UK residency

What's the best/easiest way to get my fiance UK residency

I've searched, but perhaps I've used the wrong search terms as I can't see anything that helps me any further than .gov.uk websites (sorry if this has been asked a thousand times before!)

I'm a UK citizen. My fiancée is from Hong Kong. We intend to live in UK after wedding.

I'm finding it very difficult to understand what I have to do (ie each step) and in what order...there are a lot of govt websites that have made it even more confusing tbh.

I'm wondering if it's me and am I really this slow?! :shock:


Any advise, pointers to previous threads, etc would be brilliant. :)

Your fiancée is from HK, but what citizenship does she have? What passport does she hold?
