Hi,
I am posting this query on behalf of a friend with respect to Skilled worker visa application (made from outside of UK) got voided and returned by UK Decision making center.
Following is the message received from UK Decision making center -

Based on the information provided by you/your sponsor, you do not meet the criteria for a Health & Care Visa.
During your Tier 2 application you were asked “Has your sponsor or employer confirmed you are eligible for the Health and Care visa?”, you selected “Yes”. However based on the information provided by you/your sponsor, you do not meet the criteria for a Health & Care Visa.
Your application has therefore been voided, the visa application centre have been notified to release your documents and we will arrange to refund the application fee you have paid.

It was by mistake she has selected Yes for Health and care visa. So she is now in the process of resubmitting the visa application correcting the answer towards Health and care visa as 'No'.
The information we are looking here is does the Voided application requires to be mentioned in the new application at all? If so where it needs to be mentioned - Is it under refusal question?
Do you see any of the questions below requiring to be answered as Yes for the above Voided scenario.
1.For either the UK or any other country, have you ever been:
• Refused a visa
• Refused entry at the border
• Refused permission to stay or remain
• Refused asylum
• Deported
• Removed
• Required to leave
• Excluded or banned from entry
2. Have you ever:
• entered the UK illegally
• remained in the UK beyond the validity of your visa or permission to stay
• breached the conditions of your leave, for example, worked without permission or received public funds when you did not have permission
• given false information when applying for a visa, leave to enter, or leave to remain
• breached UK immigration law in any other way
We believe Void is NOT a refusal so none of the above questions would result in Yes in the above scenario however want to double check on it. Any feedback and expert advise would be much appreciated.
Thanks a lot in anticipation of your support.
Regards
Kamesh
