ILR Application for a DVLA no insurance issue

Hi Guru's,

I am on Tier 2 General Dependant Visa and I'm applying for ILR as I've completed 5 yrs. Unfortunately I had an incident on 02/01/2022 , where the police has pulled me over as I'm driving my wife car where the insurance has run out and I failed to show the copy ( no insurance) and seized my car and gave me a seizure notice (Section Sec 165A-C ) , I've bought insurance same day and the next day I went to the police station submitted the copy and got the vehicle released.
I've been told by the police officer that I will get a letter from DVLA / Police for this offence , but till today I haven't got any letter.
and yesterday ,I did checked DVLA if there are any penality points on my Licence, there are no points.
My issue is I'm in the process of filing the SET (O) application form as a dependent and there is a section asking 1.-> "Convictions and other penalties" and it has the subsection "At any time have you ever had any of the following, in the UK or in another country?"
and there is this question :
1.1 "A penalty for a driving offence, for example disqualification for speeding or no motor insurance".

I've selected , "No I have never had any of these" --> As I haven't got any points now.

Am I correct here ? or should I say yes and give any reason there ?

Can you please guide me with my situation ?

Thanks Zimba , I haven't received any offence letter. they only gave me the seizure notice when they seized the car.

So I can leave the answer as "No I have never had any of these" and submit the application . no need to declare anything there ?
