Visit Visa, dates in application form and actual travel dates

Hi,

I applied for my parents visit visa for 5 yrs and got it, but my parents will only visit quiet late than what they mentioned in the application form.

The reason for delay is, UKVI itself issues Visa after the dates mentioned in the application form.

is this a problem at the immigration counter when hey land in UK or will it be in the future applications?

if so, how I can mitigate pls?
