Switch back from 10 year to 5 year (original) route

Hi Members,

I am looking for some advice here. I am a British Citizen and brought my wife in UK on Jan 2017 with initial grant of 3 year (ending October 2019) on Spouse visa (5 year route just like mine).

On first extension back in 2019 she was put on to 10 year route (from 05 years) based upon being unable while fulfilling financial requirements (£18,600) at the time. Home Office ignored the document submitted as ref by my accountant explaining that with the annual earnings of £15,082 Gross there is also full access to company funds of (in access of 50K GBP) available to support the applicant. They put her on 10 year route and not allowed to even appeal by giving 30 months on FLR.

Now the time has come and 04/04/22 is the date of expiry of this current BRP. Wondering how to approach the application this time? Going just for an extension would mean resubmit all the same documents as per 2019 or I can request my case to be put back to 5 year route (hence ILR since 5+ years are already completed by my wife in UK).

Appointment not booked yet, Urgent help please.
