Supporting document for HSMP ext under Judicial Review

Post by minadiahlala » Tue Nov 04, 2008 8:18 pm

I am preparing my documents to submit my application for HSMP extension which is affected by the Judicial Review.

The FLR guidance notes states that you must submit documents to demonstrate that evidence of the business you have established such as business plan and evidence of business account.

My problem is that part of the 12 months for which I want to provide evidence of earnings I was self employed (4 months) and the business does no longer exist as I am now permanently employed. As a result I do not have a business plan.

Can I use the invoices submitted to the agency for payment with the business bank account statement showing the corresponding amounts. Additionally, provide the profit and loss account showing a breakdown of gross salary, expenses claimed and net profit.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanking you in advance.
