I have a question, it is about the country where I am allowed to apply my application for The UK spouse visa from. If anyone experienced with or know the rules, please, let me know. It is highly important.
I am a Russian citizen. My husband is a Lithuania citizen, who has a Settled status in the UK. He has been working and living in the UK for 8 years.
Due to the current situation in Ukraine, it is very complicated to travel for Russian citizens, that is why me and my husband are extremely scared to get separated for long time. We also cannot risk a future restrictions for Russian citizens that can come just out of the blue and make us apart.
That is why next week I am moving to Lithuania, because I have a Schengen Visa, as soon as I can I will apply for my temporary permit in Lithuania, being in Lithuania. Also, me and my husband are planning to apply for the UK spouse visa asap.
That is why me and my husband will be happy if I was allowed to apply for a spouse visa in Vilnius UK visa application center (Lithuania), so I will not need to go to Moscow back and forth twice.

The questions, we are worried about now, are:
Am I, Russian citizen, allowed to apply for the UK spouse visa in Lithuania, Vilnius UK visa application center and provide my Russian foreign passport and biometrics there:
1. Having a Schengen visa?
2. Having a temporary permit in Lithuania?
I would be very happy if you answer my those two questions and understand the issue.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Wish you a great day to everyone.

I have read rules and regulations where I can apply from, but it is not clear. For me it is written the way that it is possible for me to apply from Lithuania if I have issues to apply from Russia...
