Citizenship certificate correction

Good afternoon everyone,
Please I need a massive help from this forum.
I submitted my British Certificate of Naturalisation on the 5th of January 2022 for correction and has not received a reply.
I have tried calling a contact number I copied online but they will always ask me to wait up until 10weeks.

Is over ten weeks since I submitted the certificate with supporting documents but no update.

Please I need an advice

I'm in similar situation and has been 4 weeks now, but have not received any acknowledgement or any communication. Do you have the contact number to share I can't seem to connect to the right team.

Sadly no. I need to apply for OCI so looking for alternatives.

Are you in similar situation, share your experience if successful.
