Hi
I have recently received my Naturalisation certificate and I have applied for my birtish passport and waiting for it.
I have to apply for Naturalisation for my wife and kids. They all had their ILR around two years ago.
Can I apply for my wife as spouse of British Citizen?
TIA

Your wife can apply as spouse of a British citizen which you are now.
Children are registered (form MN1) - adults are naturalsied (Form AN).
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.

Thanks Alterhase58
I have completed the AN Form for my wife as a Spouse of BC.
Do I need to add my kids as additional applicants in same application or need to create a new application for kids MN1 form.
TIA

On your wife's application specify additional applicants, i.e. children under 18, then the system will adjust to the MN1 requirements.

My Spouse Employer address is different from P45 form. should I use the address mentioned in P45 instead of appointment letter.

Good Morning
I have applied to register my Son as British Citizen born outside UK. I got my BC in December 2021 and applying for my wife together with my Son.
While uploading my Son birth certificate, I realised that the surname of my wife was not mentioned in it.
All other documents have my wife surname (Marriage certificate/ All passports including my Son) except my Son birth certificate issued in India.
Is there any concerns and what I can do to mitigate that?
Many Thanks

Don't really know whether this could be an issue - your name in full is quoted? It is difficult to get birth certificates adjusted at the best of times. For peace of mind I would add an explanatory note.

Hi
During ILR my Agent told me to Sign on Part-1 of consent form and my wife on part-2 even though I was applying for my wife and kids only. I had my ILR before them.
Now I got my BC and applying for my wife and Kids BC .
Do I need to Sign on Part -1 similar what I did during ILR?
Many Thanks
