Error on Set O application Qeries

Tier 2
I have got an issue with my SetO ILR application, upon reviewing, i noticed and realised something:

1. I declared the wrong annual income( i did not include the london cost allowance); ive just got promoted and the HR mentioned my updated annual salary which is yet to reflect on my payslip in the coming month (which is not reflected on my previous payslip), so the current payslip im holding has a different amount from what the HR has declared, will this be a problem?

2. In the previous year, i received a mail from HMRC stating that i owed them, when i inspected the letter, its ssaid i dont have to do anything as it will automatically take it out of my nect years taxes; will this affect my application?

3. living in another country including my country of birth: does it only cover within the 5 year requirement? Or countries youve lived since birth?

Sorry if you find some of these queries really basic….im panicking as my BRP will expire on the 18th this month and my biometric is on the 14th, after that is the EASTER so im in a tight timeline and shaking as im typing this….=/

1- Add a cover letter, there is no problem.
2,3 are totally unimportant.
