Priority Visa - Missing documents - will priority timeline changes

Post by rameasy » Mon Apr 04, 2022 9:47 am

Hi,

I have applied for priority Visa and I received a mail mentioning I need to upload Naric letter within 10 working days, after I attending the Biometric appointment. I uploaded the letter after couple of days. My question here is will the priority service will be still on and will I be getting the decision on my Visa within 5 working days. Please help me here

Your application already attended to, the need to provide additional documents most probably cancels out it being priority application. If so, standard times will apply.

Hi,

I checked with the Home office and they confirmed that the Visa will be considered as priority Visa. Since the missing documents were sent later, there will be a small delay in processing the Visa. I received the Visa confirmation mail on the sixth working day after I sent the missing document. Thanks,

Congratulations and glad it worked out for you.

I am in a similar situation where the documents were uploaded to the UKVCAS website after the appointment and are not showing as 'submitted' on the site .
However reading this gives me some sort of hope that home office will be able to get the documents.

Can I confirm how you contacted the home office to explain this please ?
