FLR - M quick queries

Hi all - my wife is hoping to apply for FLR-M in a couple of weeks time, please could you help me resolve some fairly quick queries?

(1) I'm finding the below questions a little bit difficult to answer - It would be very hard for me to relocated and enjoy the same quality of life. Does the below look ok?

Are there any factors which would make it difficult or impossible for you to integrate and establish a private life in that country? Yes
Please explain fully My husband, his family and my job are in the UK. It would be difficult for either of us to obtain a similar employment and life security in Thailand.
Please explain why you and your partner cannot live together outside the UK My husband, his family and my job are in the UK. It would be difficult for either of us to obtain a similar employment and life security in Thailand.

(2) Here is my planned schedule of cohabitation documents:

Mar 20 - Council Tax bill (Joint)
May 20 - Nationwide current account statement (applicant); Nationwide current account statement (spouse)
Aug 20 - Nationwide current account statement (applicant); Nationwide current account statement (spouse)
Nov 20 - Water bill (Joint)**
Mar 21 - Council Tax bill (joint)
Jun 21 - Water bill (joint)**
Jul 21 - NHS letter (applicant); Barclays credit card statement (spouse)
Nov 21 - Confirmation of NI number (applicant); Barclays credit card statement (spouse)
Mar 22 - HSBC joint account statement (joint)

My main worry here is that we both have longish surnames and the water bill cuts off the applicants name a couple of letters early (only shows the first 9 letters of 11). Is this likely to be an issue?

(3) Marriage certificate - this was translated and stamped by an OISC recognised agent in Thailand for my wife's initial leave to remain application back in 2019. Can we reuse the translation? I'm worried that the phone number is Thai on the stamp.

(4) Do you own or rent your home? - The house is in my name (husband of applicant) and I pay 100% of the bills. Does this mean the correct answer is 'Neither own nor rent' for the applicant and in the commentary I put my husband owns the house?

In case others come across this:

On point (2) - wife's surnames being cut off two letters short on address - clearly a non-issue.

Point (4) - the suggestion 'own and put comment' isn't possible as the comment box only appears if you select 'neither own nor rent'. I opted for neither own nor rent, then explained in a covering letter that I was the spouse and of course happy for my wife to life with me
