My extention is due in next couple of months under Tier 1 general.
1. I work full time with a blue chip company. Along with basic salary, performance pay and Car allowance, the company also pay my claimed expences which are included in my Gross Income (before tax) but not included in my net income. These claimed expences are paid a day before of my normal salary day directly into my account. My question is that are these claimed expences are part of my claimed income. As per HO rule all the money in the wages slip as Gross Income could be claimed.
Can senior memeber through some light on it or someone in similar situation?
2. I am also claiming my part time earning of past six month with my own limited company which is about a year old now. I do not work full time with my own company but only occasional evenings and weekends. I get paid monthly directly into my bank. I wounder if HO could object that I should claim this income as Indepedent contractor category not as employed.
Can someone through some light on it.
Any help, advice and experience would be highly appreciated.
