Currently iam on FLR FP (5 Yr Parent Route)
in 2nd extention (30 months).
Iam aware I can apply for ILR after completing 5 Yr on this Parent Route next year Aug 2023.
The situation happening at the moment is,
I have got 5 year son with my Ex wife(British National) and she might decide to move abroad with my 5 year old son in this year around Dec 2022. (Which we both have discussed already)
My question is, what proof I can provide to home office that iam involved in my childs life like direct access , also for my previous extension of FLR FP , I have managed to got school letter, nursery letters, and my involvement in dropping and picking up from school. And taking him out on weekend as per court contact order.(private arrangement with my Ex).also iam paying regular child maintenance monthly basis. Currently Ex lives at her mums so all the academic and GP of the child is registered at that address.
Please if some one can point out as I do need to provide all this information in the ILR form when I will submit.
What if my child moves abroad and I will be doing ILR application.
What things I need to consider.
