Naturalization-Child Born Outside the UK

Dear Guru's,

For a child age 10 years, born outside the UK but have ILR since 2019. Do I have to use MN1 application or AN to apply for British Passport? Since he is under 18, he does not require to attend ceremony? Please advise promptly.

MN1 form. At least one parent expected to have British citizenship and the other parent expected to have ILR as well.

They do not need to attend a citizenship ceremony.

Dear Simon,

Thank you very much for getting back to me promptly. Both the parents have ILR and settled in the UK.

I am applying for British Passport/Naturalization AN form for both parents and as well MN1 application for our child. Can we still travel outside the UK on overseas passports, hence our applications are still with HO at the time we travel? Please advise.
