Stamp 1 to stamp 4 IRP

Hello all, so my current stamp 1 IRP expires in May end and I have already received the stamp 4 approval letter. So should I apply for change of IRP online https://inisonline.jahs.ie/user/login portal , just as I did stamp 1 IRP renewals before OR it has to be done by in-person appointment at Burgh Quay office? I'm a Dublin resident. Anyone who has done stamp 1 to stamp 4 IRP recently, can he or she please advise? many thanks
