Dear experienced members,
Thanks so much for always being helpful. I have questions surrounding my naturalisation application.
History:
Tier 4 Student Visa: June 2009 to Sep 2011
Entered UK: June 2009
PSW: July 2011 to July 2013
Tier 2: Aug 2013 to Aug 2016 (left employer in Dec 2014)
Tier 2: Found a new employer in Feb 2015, started working straight away as I still had a valid visa from the previous employer but was being paid in my ltd company account for which I am the director since Feb 2012. Applied for Tier 2 visa in April 2015 but was refused due to incorrect salary.
Tier 2: Applied again with the correct salary and got the visa from Sep 2015 to July 2019 and received salary in my personal account after being paid correct taxes etc.
ILR: June 2019 - 10 years long residence basis.
My wife and one child are currently on FLR (M) extension which was successfully granted just this month.
Two kids are British citizens as they were born in the UK and I registered them as British after getting my ILR.
So my naturalisation is due since June 2020 but I have been worried due to the following and haven't applied so far:
1- My first tier 2 employer (Aug 2013 till Dec 2014) did not put me on the payroll. I did get paid the net amount after taxes deduction monthly. I found this out by querying HMRC about my employment and they said they can't find my employment history with this employer. So when I am going to provide the last 10 years of my history, would that cause any issue in my naturalisation application?
2- I am a director from Feb 2012 till the date of a company which means I remained a director during my tier 2 visas. Does this need to be disclosed in the application?
3- I received a speeding ticket last year on Jan 21 for which I completed a speed awareness course and did not get any points on my license. Does this need to be disclosed?
4- Since 2015 I have received 4 parking tickets (2 tickets for parking on double yellow, 1 ticket for parking on footpath, 1 ticket for exceding parking time). Do I need to disclose these?
5- Would any of the above result in the revocation of my ILR?
If any of the experienced members can help with the above questions that'll be much appreciated.
