Registering on the foreign birth registry

Post by LukeH » Tue Apr 26, 2022 7:32 pm

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to get myself onto the foreign births registry in order to get an Irish passport (grandparents from the Republic of). Has anyone any experience of using certified copies of their birth certificates from the uk registry office as evidence of this? Or is this not valid. Mine were lost when I was a kid.

Any help would be appreciated
