Sponsoring In-Laws to UK for Holiday -Sponsorship Declaration Needed?

Post by mundaukda » Tue May 03, 2022 10:50 pm

Hi

I will be sponsoring my In-Laws to UK for a holiday jointly with my wife. The are in India and both retired. We will be covering all costs.

I will be writing a letter of invitation, but will I also need a Sponsorship Declaration ?

I have searched for a Sponsorship Declaration and have found several variations but do not know which one to use.

Also as I am sponsoring jointly with my wife, is there a form which we can both use for both parents, or do we need to put each parent separately.

I am also not sure if the Sponsorship Declaration needs to be signed/witnessed/stamped by a solicitor?

I appreciate any help.

🙏🏽
