Travel to Europe after gettiing Naturalisation without UK Passport

Hi Everyone, I hope you all are well. I know this question has been discussed already many times but I cannot find a clear answer.

My Mrs has received British citizen certificate yesterday and we have planned our trip already for Next week to Switzerland, She cannot get any passport appointment for new British passport,

Can she travel on Indian Passport without BRP and keep Naturalisation certificate with her, Home office website saying we have to send BRP back to them within 5 days.

Does anyone has same issue like this? please share your experience if you have any, otherwise we have to cancel our trip and bear the cost of the trip.
