British Citizenship - Residence Documents

Hello,

I'm about to apply for British Citizenship as (EU national with settled status) and I have a question about documents accepted as Proof of living in UK. I acquired settled status December 2020 and been residing in UK with full time employment since November 2015
I have the following documents to prove residence:
P60 for years

• (Nov) 2015-2016

• 2017

• 2018

• 2019

• 2020

• 2021

P60 for year 2022 is not yet ready, are this documents enough or should upload anything else to cover period from April 2021 to May 2022 and what's recommended if so?

P60s are fine - for 2022 perhaps add a council tax bill or payslips perhaps.

1. Should I tell referees to wait an email to confirm my identity or it’s only for passport applications?
2. On the family consent form should I fill up part 2 for referees or it’s only for joint bank account and bills that might have with another person ?

1. Should I tell referees to wait an email to confirm my identity or it’s only for passport applications?

Referees for naturalisation are not normally contacted ... for passport an email is sent to referee specified then.

2. On the family consent form should I fill up part 2 for referees or it’s only for joint bank account and bills that might have with another person ?

I believe for naturalisation only part 1 is required (this is data consent not a requirement specific to naturalisation).

Thank you for clarification, about documents scanning it’s a must to scan them in b&w or greyscale or just a recommendation?

UKCEN says: All passport pages should be scanned, even if there are no stamps or visas on them.
Is this true for EU nationals as well or only non-EU?

Scanning: they want to ensure files are not massive though if you stay within the file size per document (xx MB) shouldn't be an issue.
Not sure what the rules are, some say all pages, others say just bio/data/stamped pages. UKVI caseworkers do know that EU citizens don't get stamps in their passports, that's why you supply additional documents. Again, shouldn't be an issue - though UKVI can still ask for further information or originals if they deem it necessary. Certainly not something applicants get refused on.

Maybe someone will find it useful. I don't know if this is always the case or it's something new but apparently you can't book straight away an appointment for biometrics. I received the following e-mail.

UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) is currently assessing whether your application can be progressed via the Identity Verification app (IDV app).

UKVI aim to carry out this checking process within 7-10 working days from registration with UKVCAS/UKVI. You can not book an appointment at a UKVCAS Service Point or use the IDV app until we contact you again.
