Hello guys,

Sorry to bother again. Just a last question about application form where it asks

Have you previously made any other UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad.

I have mentioned my last EU settled status application with reference numbers and date. Do I have to mention all of my previous UK immigration applications ?

Honestly I hardly remember the date and reference number of the applications which I made back in 2008/09 under Student category. Please anyone can guide me on this ?

Many thanks

Just provide all details you have or can remember, even if it's a separate note or list. Estimated dates are fine. Some boxes are "if known".

Thank you for your reply. I will attach a cover letter explaining those two student visa extension applications back in 2008/2009. I have also scanned all of my previous passports contained those visas as well so it may help caseworker to locate my immigration history.

As a non EU family member, you did NOT require CSI if your EU family member was exercising treaty rights.
Hi,
I have submitted my application yesterday. Just a couple of questions.

Q.1)Do you think it will be wise to attach a note along with other documents regarding CSI exemption -(as my EEA partner was exercising treaty rights while I was studying) or it is obvious and no need to mention this anywhere?

Q.2) After submission I have received Consent form containing 3 parts. I believe that Part 1 is for main applicant (which is me) so I need to sign it and submit. Whereas Part 2 and Part 3 are for Joint owner and financial sponsor respectively (I don't have both) so I don't need to submit them ? Is it correct ?

Many thanks

1. Caseworkers will know the rules relating to EU/non-EU family members. But you can add a not pointing this out.
2. I think only part 1 is required (it's a data related document which is asked for all different applications including where financial requirements need to be met).

Thank you for your reply. I have received an email from UKVCAS in which they are offering me to use IDV app instead of booking in person appointment. Since it is free to use so do you recommend me to use this service instead of paying £132 for Biometric appointment ? Has anyone got positive experience using this service?

Thank you

Guys I have applied for my new passport as my current passport is expiring in 5 months time and I have to travel sometime next month. Since I applied for new passport after my Citizenship application so do I need to take that passport for Biometric appointment which I used at the time of citizenship application ?
Many thanks
