Applying for transitional HSMP - Pls help

I am planning to apply for EC in December. I already have HSMP approval letter.

For EC I will be submitting all the proof sent for HSMP approval and proof of maintenance funds. Proofs include Degree certificate, marks sheet, pay slip, bank stmts, driving licence, letter from college that cource was taken in english. Is this enough?

I have following questions.
1) If the funds shown in the bank for last 3 months are 5000 GBP or more can I apply for depandant visa also at the same time(for myself and my wife). Or should I apply for depandant visa later????
2) Can anyone give me a template for the bank letter saying minimum balance for last 3 months is INRxxxxxx


Any other things to consider while applying for transitional HSMP??
