Can anyone please help me with the following query:

I am a British Citizen.

In Oct-2020, my spouse, my eighteen year old child and my fourteen year old child joined me from their home country.

I have called them on a dependant visa (family visa).

Their BRP is valid from Oct-2020 TO July-2023.

1- How soon can I apply for their visa extension?

2- What are the documents that are required for their visa extension?

1- How soon can I apply for their visa extension?

To avoid having to apply for a further extension in addition to the next visa extension, you should apply for a visa extension a few weeks to a few days before the expiry of their current visa. But be sure to make the application before their visa actually expires.
