Date of supporting documents

Post by Elina_2020 » Fri Jun 17, 2022 3:13 pm

Hello to all
I have biometric appointment next week for ILR (Set 0). I had completed the HO online application three weeks ago and paid the fees.
Some of my documents are ready now and I want to upload them to the biometric-part website. The date of these documents (bank documents, payslips and letter from my employer) is after the date of application. Will this cause a problem?
In some posts I read that the date should be before the date of completion of the application, but in some places it is written that it is not a problem. The logic that comes to mind is how I could prepare documents before the HO website generated the document checklist at the end of the application?
I'm very stressed about this. I hope you can help me

Thanks

There is no issue. It is about qualifying on the date of the decision.

ِDear Zimba, thank you very much for your help. I got my ILR now from global talent visa :D :D .
I have a question about my dependent. He has been with me in England for two years now with Tier-2 dependent visa. If I get British citizenship next year, can he get ILR as the spouse of BC after living in the UK for three years or he has to wait to complete 5 years?
For either case, are there any financial requirements necessary to get ILR from dependent visa?

Many thanks for your kind help

Extend if necessary and wait.
