I should be happy but am not yet? I won my case to have my 10 ILR reviewed again and hopefully given to me. However, my passport has been sent to the home office for over 7 weeks now, I thought for reviwed cases thy should have replied within 28days. I got the acknowledgement letter which says they got my information sent. I have called but they said Home Office do not have a time limit to review cases.
I just want to find out if this is true and if anyone knows a faster way to get information about what is happening or if anyone had the same experience and how long it took to get their passport back.
I sent it to the Croydon office and sent another letter to the appeal correction section.
I am hoping it works under the 13 week
