Applying for ILR separately from family

Hi,

I have got Tier 2 visa and then my dependants got it after 2 months. My time period of 5 years is complete. My question is can I apply separately as my time period is complete. If so then will it effect my dependants as my status will change if i get ILR earlier.

Yes you can apply separately, you also have to apply for your family SET O as soon as they're eligible.
