ISC LIABLE Or EXEMPT for Student dependant

Hi Guys,

I am on Student Dependant visa and now a sponsor employer interested to hire me as Graphic Designer which is on Shortage occupation list.

Could you please help me to understand which IELTS is required for skilled worker visa and how much score I need?

I am student dependent and my wife is studying in the university, doing masters in engineering.

I want to apply for skilled worker visa and my employer received it’s sponsor licence but i am not sure if i am exempt from ISC or liable?
