Declaration form and naturalisation application

Post by wish_uk » Tue Jul 05, 2022 5:07 pm

Hi all!
Can someone please help me please!
I am filling application form for naturalisation.

I have filled in the referees details along with their passport numbers.

At the end of application their is a list of documents including signed declaration forms.
Some people say you don't need to attach these forms.
Can someone share their experience?

Do I need 5 years proof of residence e.g council tax or bank statments, i can see they just need passport to confirm five year residence

Some people say you don't need to attach these forms. Referee declarations are mandatory - Or are you referring to the data authorisation form - just sign and load as well.

Thank u for the help,
I never have BRP can I still say yes and give them details of BRC and attach.at the moment i clicked at no( i cant provide BRP)

If this is problem if I say yes and providing BRC might result in false documentation

In the beggening the asked if i was issued ILR under eu settelement, so yes and provided application reference number,
Please advise

These form looks like to be signed by the refferees.

OK you are under EU settled status, attach the BRC.
If this is problem if I say yes and providing BRC might result in false documentation No.

In the beggening the asked if i was issued ILR under eu settelement, so yes and provided application reference number,
Please advise Correct.

If you are under Settled Status then you also need to attach documents to prove residency, P60s or Council Tax bills will be ok. sorry I didn't check your previous posts.

Passports under EU settled status are generally not stamped on entry that's why EU citizens and family members use those documents to prove residency. But if the system says you ONLY need to provide your passport then that should be correct. There's no item asking for "proof of residency"? Perhaps there's someone else who could comment further.
