Hello
I have eu settled status form 2021 and bpr card from 2016.
However as i need provide proof of leaving in uk is required passport with stamps of entry and leaving uk.
I dont have those stamps as uk border dont stamp when i had bpr card.
I have only stamps from eu countries when i was on holiday.
On website is written that if i dont have stamps in passport i need give for example letter from employer of hmrc.
I was self employed from 2018 so i am missing 2017 year as i was unemployed, my husband was supporting me and our child.
Before 2017 that i was working.
What i can give as proof of leaving in uk, what ki d of documents i can give them showing that i was in uk for past 5 years.
Any alternative documents will be acceptable?
Thank you very much.

See also Absences. Did you keep records of travel, such as boarding cards, etc.?

I have only stamps in passport from those countries which i visited for holidays.
I am leaving in uk from 2006 and i was never longer than 4 weeks in a year abroad.
From 2017 i was twice abroad on holiday and have stamps from those countries.
As for boarding cards dont remember if i have still have them or not. I have to check it.
I will check my Stupid account if there i can get some documents showing travel dates.
But otherwise have no idea what else can use.
Thanks

You don't have to provide specific proof of your absences. Just list all you have.
You need to provide documents proving residency for the period, such as P60s or Council Tax bill, or other official documents.

Yes i heard that bank statement, utility bills are not supported.
I was wandering if council tax and tenancy contract would be good.

Council Tax bills are fine and widely used. Tenancy contract not necessary.

On the council tax we have both names mine and husband.
Is that ok or it should be only mine?
Thanks

Any other official document which can be used as proof of leaving?
I got p60s from before 2017 and feom 2018 as well as tax return feo. 2018 onwards.
I have gap in income in 2017 as i was unemployed.
I think only council tax could cover that year.
So should i upload p60s, council tax and tax returns together?
Thanks

I just checked my council tax and i dont have them from 2017 and older.
So still i dont have doc to cover year 2017 for proof of leaving in uk.
I have tenancy agreements from those years.
Can i request council tax bils from past years?
What else i can use to cover 2017 year?
Thanks

Try contacting the council for earlier bills.
Alternatively anything official (HMRC/DWP/Pennsions/unemployment/NHS).
Or if all else fail tenancy contracts - you can include an explanation why you have included these.
